Technical Problems

(a) Do double check your shopping cart to ensure that the product's code/color/price is correct. Should you discover any problem with it, do contact us through the contact form, stating the problematic code or any relevant details.

(b) Please contact us through the contact form if the shopping cart has failed to work. We will send an "Order Form" to you via mail.

Products’ description are provided by our suppliers. There might be discrepancies.

Terms Of Purchase

A minimum purchase of SGD$5 is required.

Price

Price stated are NETT price, not inclusive of delivery charge and any other charges if applicable. Please note: If that particular item is on offer rate etc. buy 2 at a cheaper price, the shopping cart will not reflect the discount. The actual invoice will be reflected in the Payment Mail.

Availability

Currently only available at Singapore. We will extend to other countries in the near future.

Terms Of Payment

- SGD$15 and below, FULL payment via bank transfer.
- Above SGD$15, at least 75% of the total bill via bank transfer.

** Please note that the deadline is 10 days starting from the day you have received the payment mail. Thereafter, if payment is still not made, your order will be deleted.

Methods

1) Via bank transfer for deposit/full amount payment.
2) Pay by cash for the remaining amount on the day of collection.

Delivery Terms

1) Delivery time will take from 15 to 30 days. It is important that you give us your contactable number/primary email to allow us to reach you when your products are ready for collection.

2) Self delivery for total bill that is SGD$10.00 or more.

3) For total bill that is less than SGD$10, delivery will be by unregistered postage. Please note that LoveCounts is not responsible for the loss of package through this process.

** Customers may opt for self delivery( for SGD$10 or lesser) by us with a payment of SGD$2 for us to do so.

4) We are sorry that registered postage form of delivery is still not available.

Location for collection

Only MRT stations/shopping centers that are near MRT.

Delivery Charge

FREE DELIVERY: Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Bukit Gombak, Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee, Kranji, Marsiling, Woodlands, Admiralty, Sembawang, Yishun, Khatib, Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio & Bishan.

A delivery charge of SGD$2 will be cacluated for other areas.

Postage charges will be calculated if amount required for postage is above SGD $1.00, if not, LoveCounts will pay for it.

Cancelling/changing of order

Your deposit will not be returned to you if you cancel your order. If you have paid the full amount, only 20% of the total bill (only applicable for total bill that is SGD $15.00 or more) will be refunded to you.

(i) For adding of order, please go through the original shopping process. We will combine your order if there is a sufficient time to do so. If not, it will be process as new order.

(ii) If you wish to delete/change some of your orders, please inform us as soon as possible by sending us a mail, subject title"change of order", stating your changes. Remember to use the same email add and do include your name and contact number.

We DO NOT accept late changes! If you have failed to inform us on time.

Exchange

** Customers are required to choose items of the same price or top up any additional amount. No balanced cash refund is allowed. The damaged part of the item must be checked and approved by our staffs. Damaged items must be collected back.

Damaged Items (Self-delivery)

Customers can request for exchange of the damaged item to another or same item.

** Customers are required to request for exchange on the day of collection. Customers will be given 3 days to choose their exchange items and inform us through mail or phone. Please do not use the normal shopping procedure to inform us.

Clothes’ Exchange

Customers will be allowed to request for exchange of clothes due to the reason that they are unable to fit in, however, the deadline are 2 days from the day of collection. Customers are required to meet us at Woodlands to give our staffs back the clothes. Please understand that the delivery time for the new clothes might not be on the day that you have returned the clothes, customers are required to wait for a period of time and meet us for collection with delivery charge if applicable.

Exchange of items delivered by Postage

For unregistered postage, customers can request for exchange of damaged items by sending us back the damaged items and informing us through email or phone within 4 days from the day we have sent your items. (Return postage’s fee will be paid by customers.)

Waiver Of Re-delivery Charge

Waiver of Re-delivery Charge is only applicable for exchange of damaged items that is delivered personally.

 
Refund

Customers are eligible for FULL refund for the following cases;

(a) Products are found to be spolit (eg. Tear, Tainted...) on the day of collection. Customers are required to sign a payment voucher once he/she is satisfied with the product. Hereafter, they are not allowed to request for any refund. Damaged products must be given back to us.

(b) We are sorry that for postage form of delivery, refund is not allowed.

(b) If the items that you have ordered have no stock.

We DO NOT accept unreasonable reasons for refund such as the following;

1) Different quality/color from what you have seen from the photos on LoveCounts. (Please be assured that our products have underwent quality check by us before sales.)

2) Different from what you have presumed it to be.

3) You don't like the color/quality.

*** If the items you received are not the items you order, you are not allowed to request for refund, we will re-delivery the correct items to you, waiving off the delivery charge for the 2nd time as a form of showing our apologies.

Privacy

1) Please be ensured that all personal information collected from you are a form of requirement for us to process your order efficiently and smoothly.

2) We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent your personal information to any 3rd party. There wont be any cookies or technological tactics used on our side meant to collect your personal information without getting your consent.

3) Your personal information will be kept confidential and review by us for the purpose of processing/tracking of your order.

4) This site may provide links to external websites that are not under LoveCounts, hence, we shall not be responsible for the privacy practice from these websites.
